It's a scam. I ordered a perfume a month ago and it never arrived. I cancelled the order and they still haven't refunded my money.

I can see that your order has been cancelled on our side and that our accounting department has already released the funds. However, as the purchase was made through CDON, it is CDON who handles the payment and therefore needs to release the funds to you.
As my colleague also previously informed you, I would therefore recommend contacting CDON regarding the refund, as the funds have already been released from our side.

Fair prize and easy transaction
Great prices, the shipping info was up to date. The items was stored at an off-site warehouse, so shipping took a little longer. But that was a non issue and worth the wait.

Good price, absolutely ridiculous delivery time, ordered one item, it took these people 3 weeks to send it a relatively short distance. Don’t order from these guys if you want your item delivered in a timely manner.

When an item is marked as being in our remote warehouse, it means that we first have to receive the item from our supplier before we can dispatch it to you.
Unfortunately, during the past couple of weeks we have experienced significant delays with two large incoming deliveries from our suppliers, which has affected and delayed a considerable number of orders – including yours.
We fully understand that a delivery time of around three weeks is frustrating and much longer than you reasonably expected when placing your order, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
