The easy of your website and the ease of ordering replacement tag

So far so good love the concept, hope I never need to use the features though

I have no problem with crumb when my cat got lost I got her back through her crumb tag. When they both lost their tags cause they lost their collars so got sent new 1. Crumbs app is easy to use love it my sis cats have crumb so does my nieces cat and we think it’s brilliant, would recommend to anyone with a dog or cat.

Ordered a free tag. Received the link to activate it and was charged £9 for a monthly subscription. The website’s set up so that it’s not immediately clear you’re signing up to the subscription as the button just says “activate” so I only realised when the notification from my bank popped up to say I’d been charged. Have cancelled the subscription and requested a refund so will see if it’s resolved.

Crumb did seem to be too good to be true on advert. However it offers a fantastic service ( apart from postage) that is free. Hopefully my dog never wanders off it if he did know his I tag and services they offer will aid his recovery to me.

Such a simple process for a great price and knowing the ultimate safety for your dog if you were ever to lose them! Priceless!! Would highly recomend this product for keeping your fur babies safe and peace of mind.

Crumb-y. Got my ‘free’ tag, postage only. By which point, of course, they have my card details. I went through the motions and filled in details, but at no point was a subscription charge obvious. I complained and was told it was basically there when I pressed activate but clearly well hidden!! I asked for my money back but they were dismissive. Cancelled instantly. Might work as a pet tag but their ‘free tag’ sign up is a complete con. Avoid.

Amazing app and qr scan code makes it a great tool for missing animals. Also love the Royal Picture of my boy Juice 💪💪 💙

total fraud, they have a monthly charge not agreed to then when you find out it is virtually impossible to cancel they have no phone number. The email listed never responds and you end up having to report as fraud in order to not have your card charged eternally every month.

Very very displeased with this company. Ordered the tag with paid postage which was fine, then as soon as I activated it I got a notification I was signed up to the premium package which I DID NOT agree to. Trying to cancel it is almost impossible. Totally feel scammed. Avoid!!!!!!

Underhand Trader beware of underhand taking of monies from you read every message at least twice, they will rob you and you will not get back. Pass this review on please. Suggest readers look through all reviews on this comany on here, same story, ripped off by them taking money without consent before it can be stopped. Try to get phone contact you will fail.

First of all you are charged postage for the tag. This is all good and well .
However when you go to activate the tag you automatically sign up to premium not the basic package. Premium is £9 pounds per month. You are not given the choice. I find this very underhand. Also you are not given the option to approve the £9 payment this is done automatically without your consent via pay pal or bank account. Unless you are willing to sign up to the premium package I would avoid pike the plague. Very underhand in my opinion. Lots of complaints regarding this practice online. Just wish I read up on them sooner. I do have to add that upon discussion with customer services the issue was resolved and refunded. Customer service was excellent.
