I purchased valuable items that were shipped with insurance. When the package arrived, it did not contain the valuable items I had purchased. Instead, it contained boards. I contacted UPS France SAS many times. During my communications, I received different and contradictory explanations, and my case was never resolved. Despite the shipment being insured, I have not received a satisfactory solution. I am now continuing to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal process. I am sharing my experience so other customers can be aware.
