Worst rent a car experience in Dubai Full of confusion and lies.
We booked a rent a car with no deposit and they kept taking us in circles the whole day after paying a booking fee.
They then stated that the car would be delivered at 9.30pm.
When the guy delivering the car came he refused to leave the car without a 1500 deposit, car wash 50.
So basically at the end of the day, NO CAR, WASTE OF A FULL DAY. LIES AND BOOKING FEE GONE.
Worst experience and no assistance from YANGO team.
