The most important job is to provide a perfect streaming experience 2 hours every (other) week… they can’t. Customer service act like they are stupid ( check internet connection, restart device) and will answer you after a few days. I recommend to get some cheap IPTV subscription, they do a better job

They don’t care about the origin of your money when you deposit money into their account. But once you want to get money out of your account they reject transfers and ask evidence of its origin. They say this is the law...... so banks are allowed to keep unverified funds in their account? That is a red flag for Bank99 already then. This means they would for example accept drugs money with pleasure... until the moment someone wants to get it out.......
They are extremely uncooperative as well... for every transfer abroad they need evidence of what you want to buy or bought. The processing time of this can take a few days or a few weeks.
This bank is more suitable for local students who spend most of their money on groceries.

The buying is experience online is good, until you run into problems. If a product does not work as advertised then you can forget it, they will never take it back, which is actually against the law.

Be careful dealing with them

The service is a risk, if you receive by accident a package of some-else (and this happens) and you don't have a subscription... it will be automatically forwarded and your creditcard will be charged.

You need to leave a valid payment method on the website and that is problematic. They once reversed my shipment payment, made a new invoice (without informing me) and simple booked off double the amount. That is pretty much scamming of course
