Experience at JJ's London store was perfect. Attentive staff with no pushy selling, good quality materials in numerous styles & colours at reasonable prices. Made a process we were dreading a fun & empowering experience; left feeling very confident in choice of dress.

Wood effect plastic water butt is perfect. Very authentic & realistic in appearance to barrel. Stand purchased at same time was too small, which was my error, but company arranged collection swiftly & without issue. Very responsive & helpful

Excellent service & product. Easy ordering, swift delivery & lovely product. Delivery man Muhammad Irfan was polite & professional. Only negative, really think should have 2x man delivery given size & qeight of panels. Otherwise fantastic & very pleased

If I could put 0 I would. 6mnths ago sent £60 odd parcel to NZ. Months later with chasing local carrier claims couldn't reach recipient despite having mob & email, and same for myself as sender. Double-check by both inc spam proved no missed calls etc. When queried apparently they had no system in place to log or provide any evidence (like sent emails) that any attempts had been made. Supposed lost until 6m later I get another invoice for a further £53 to be paid within 7 days for return of my parcel. What a complete waste of time & money

Listened to you for approx 40 yrs but sadly no longer. Tried switching over temporarily but not botherjng coming back now. Can't stand listening to the constant propoganda ads about ULEZ expansion making out its about air quality when it's own commissioned impact report proved it will make 0-negligible difference. £hundreds of millions of taxpayer money spent on infrastructure, now more on these ads that dont even mention how much people are expected to pay or how to go about it
