constantly not being able to purchase goods of the internet using my co op bank debit card. so frustrating, having to call them everytime my card is declined. no one at co op bank can give me any explanation as to why this keeps happening. After my term deposit matures I'm changing banks....they've had a year to sort it out & done nothing. worst bank of the three I've banked with.

contining problems with trying to make payments using my co-op debit card to a company I buy from regularly. Told by bank that it is legit & safe company? Some days making payment is refused, next day accepted? Co-op staff don't seem to know how to fix problem. crazy way to run a bank

I ordered a bakers boy style cap & was sent a hat that looks nothing like the photo on their website. I was sent a cheap cheescutter/flat cap. Yes their website looks great & they claim to be legit, but to be honest I found the same style/quality hat on TEMU for NZ$6.00. Hatstore charge over NZ$80. Can't return as cheap box they sent order in was crushed & damaged. Hat has large fold crease due to insufficiant packaging. Total waste of money. BEWARE!!!!

Review of Smeg
We bought a Smeg dishwasher from Kitchen Things in Kapiti, Wellington. Within a couple of weeks it had sprung a leak. We then had to arrange with Kitchen Things to get a repair person to come & investigate.
I would definately not recommend the Smeg brand to anyone. Very poor construction.

Review of PB Tech
Very fast shipping.
Sadly unable to use Eufy Home Security camera system as our Wi-Fi is too slow. Nothing in advert on PB Tech webpage to say this could be a problem.
Total waste of $674.00.
Would not buy from PB Tech again.
