Driver turned up with coffee spilt all over my mcdonalds breakfast and it was soaking wet. He then put it in bin and disappeared... now I have no food and no refund and order on app says delivered. Id like to know how he has a drivers licence and couldn't speak English and had to use a translation app

Was sent fake jordan 4 cement retro, verification team checked them out and tried saying they are real LOL!!!! They would rather lie than admit they are fakes. Do not trust GOAT! Especially if the shoes are being sent from Germany and not L.A , wasted so much time, money ect, F"#₩ GOAT they cannot be trusted anymore.... Google search stockX instead. Happy Shopping 🛍 🫡

Ordered jordan 4 cement and had to be sent from Germany as was not in stock in L.A , Nike air on back has no splash effect and a few other things are off... also the stench of Glue actually made me go dizzy! So disappointed once again 😪

Had my parcel in the back of a ups van for a week... amazon won't refund me and had to send my driver license details , they are a bunch of useless pricks

It's happened again! This is my 5th order from GOAT , Only 2 orders have gone smoothly, 1 pair was stolen by dhl and eventually refunded, another pair seller decided to keep them and I was refunded, now the seller hasn't sent my new shoes for verification! And I've paid and been left again like a mug, GOAT clearly doesn't care about there reputation anymore, can't even process a simple order,... 2 out of 5... come on this is a bloody joke! Asian Rep sites are more trustworthy

just finally received my refund 👏🏻!!! Will be in bank in 3-5 days,Almost a month of waiting but this was not GOAT's fault... it was due to DHL... GOAT is a great company but what holds them back in England is using DHL delivery... they steal parcels and then ignore you. DHL has the worst courier reviews in England, so many people getting packages stolen.

Still no parcel... was supposed to be delivered 26th of September! AVOID THE CON ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS!!!
