Actually I was shopping quite a few times in this shop, till I needed to return one item. Terrible customer service, too high fees for return, will not buy anything from this shop again.

Actually after quite a lot of issues I only use booking.com as search website and then always booking accommodation direct from hotels websites or through other platforms.

I ordered wooden shed for my cabin. First, delivery took longer than it says.Second I didn’t received tracking number, just contacted by delivery company couple hours before delivery. The worst part was that delivery guy just left the 300kg package on the main road ( where us and other people use the road to access the cabins), therefore me and my husband have to open the package in the middle of the road and carry all the parts (many small parts)of the shed in heavy rain to our house, which possibly affected the wood. Last the quality of the product is very poor, wood is extremely thin. Will not buy from this company again for sure and will not recommend to anyone.

For all home deliveries, transport up to the plot boundary applies. You will be contacted before delivery. The transport company usually states a delivery time of approx. 3-4 hours in the morning or afternoon.
We send tracking number automatically to all orders. We are so sorry that you did not receive this message, it is difficult to say what happened here and that you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. It is important for us to describe the products correctly. We do this by specifying the properties, thickness, width, height, etc. Pleace contact us if the shed does not match the description on our page.
