Misleading and very poor service
Ordered an item said to be in stock online, but then it suddenly wasn't and I had to wait. (they only tell you this once you place the order).
Waited months for delivery, finally got notice of delivery and sat at home waiting, only for item to not to arrive. Now over a week later I am getting different times and dates and then no information at all. Customer 'service' doesn't respond or help.
NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

I received a table what was damaged
I received a table what was damaged, and after 3 weeks I am still waiting for the company's answer and return slip to be able to send it back and "eventually" get my money back. Very, very bad customer service and a bit of a feeling of a fraud as the table was damaged but the box not so it was obviously repacked...

The products were as advertised on the online photos, excellent quality for their cost, with minor and very easy assembling. I'm very pleased with my buy and should look forward to enjoying them!

Such a disappointment. Items never arrived.
Ordered a dining table and chairs.
Shipping time was estimated for 6-8 weeks. 12 weeks after, items never arrived and customer service is unable to say where they are for over 6 weeks.
If only I read the reviews before buying, I would have never made the mistake of buying from Rum21.

Vi är ledsna att din beställda produkt har blivit försenad från leverantören.
Dessvärre är det längre leveranstider på beställningsvaror än normalt och det beror till stor del på grund av den rådande situationen som sker runt om i världen med Covid-19. Våra leverantörer har svårt med producering och leverans då de har restriktioner som de måste följa och de har även svårt att få in material från sina underleverantörer. Detta är då en faktor som gör att förseningar dessvärre uppstår.
Vi är såklart ledsna att din beställda produkt drabbades av denna försening!
Vi tackar för din feedback och hoppas att du i framtiden vill ge oss en ny chans.

Late Shipments and 0 Customer Servcie
Very late shipment, no contact when emailing and calling about it's whereabouts. Still have yet to recieve items, yet it is intended to be delivered by end of week - despite living in the same city as shipment. This delivery is 2 weeks later than promised.
