The site I rated had only 1 star reviews yet Truspilot gave it a 2.8 "average" rounded to 3. Completely undermines the trust the site is supposed to cultivate.

Thanks for your feedback. We use Bayesian average in the calculation to ensure that a business with few reviews starts off with a balanced TrustScore. This means that we automatically include the value of 7 reviews worth 3.5 stars each in all TrustScore calculations. As a business collects more reviews this becomes a smaller factor in the calculation. Like other reviewers I was scammed

Like other reviewer I was scanmed same way. Week after paying for order I received an email from a shipping company and a consignment number. The shipping company was Oceana Shipping and Logistics. They expected I pay "insurance" costing three times the original cost which would cover only 65% of that cost. They have refused to answer any of my questions. Scammers
