Reliable company, good service
Once i received my item i found that bar loading sleeves are 2 cm shorter than it should, but after contact with customer service they promised quick replace for correct one. My new ez curl bar is on the way, so this time everything should be all right.

Nightmare
Two orders from Tredz. Both of them look like a joke. One of them dispatched nearly after twoo weeks. Still stuck in DHL delivery service point which is closed despite opening time table indicateing it's should be open. Second one even worst. Bike worth couple grants still has not arrived despite three weeks already past. In aswer for my questions they are giveing me silly exscuses. Now they ensureing me the bike should came to them in the mid of next week
We will see, but no more such kind shoping experiences. If You value hassle free shoping stay far away from Tredz
Small update:
It's already 30 may 2024, but bike still has not dispatched.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I made my order in BLACK FRIDAY. I still didn't receive my item although i got confirmation that was picked, packed and dispatched to me. After one week waiting I emailed customer service and asked where is my parcel? They answered sorry, but item find out to be missing in transport. so they decided to return my payment. In next message they state that problem with my order was caused high volume. I still didn't receive naither item nor my money back. When i asked for some kind of gratification, JD Sport offered me rediculuse 5£ gift card.
