Products missing and no answer when calling

I have ordered a 12 kg of dry dog foor and 2 wet dog food in cans ( salmon + buffalo cans ) Uppon first delivery only dry food showed up. So i had to call that i am still missing my products the salmon wet foot and buffalo. I was told that they will deliver my products . When the second delivery arrived they delivered me only 1 can of the salmon but no buffalo food . When i tried to call there was no answer and I have spend my money for this . This is unreliable !!!!!! I dont know where is my last product ( the buffalo can for dog ) No one is picking up when i call and my money is spend with no results :( Very dissapointed . You can not just take my money and not deliver

I'm sorry that you experienced some trouble sopping on our website.

I'm not sure why both cans were'nt delivered at your second delivery, but lack of stock seems to be the issue.

I'll refund your money for the can that you never recieved.

It's correct that we did'nt answer the phone on wednedsday due to education in our customer service team. We announced it on a taped recording when you called us, but only in danish. So I'm sorry if the information got lost in translation.
