Longer delivery than promised
Website says order will be shipped within 1-3 weekdays, so I trusted.
I asked them where will the products be shipped from, and they said their warehouse in Sjælland (where I also live).
Package arrived after a week.
Costumer service replied only once, and after the delay they didn’t anymore. Got an email after the products arrived, with -I guess- the intention to please my view of the situation.
The package it was for 3 different kids birthdays, that I ended up showing up empty handed. After placing the order, I kindly ask them to please be aware of their own deadline, which they promise to do.
Longer delivery than promised and bad costumer service.

Very god service and fast delivery before Christmas. Unfortunately the book store sent the collection item direct in the original packaging that is now ruined from tape and labels.

Service is good. Prices OK.
One of my books ordered went into back order, so it took a while to be delivered. I ordered paperback, but was sent no hardcover version. That's more expensive so I appreciate it, but I prefer soft cover.
I would buy with them again. Goid service, and prices are competitive.
