A great way to offload pre-owned books/cds. I do miss the pick up service though. Books are heavy to lug to drop off points without a car.

So far so good. I ordered the lamp (for later use during the winter months) and also 3 make up pens to try and match my skin tone. I am delighted with the pens, although 2 of them were not a great match I found the perfect one in the tan. I accepted that I might have to discard a couple, and so really appreciated the half price offer for new customers. The pen is great, colour stays all day. Really pleased.

The winner announcement process is very vague. I actually forget half of the time that I even subscribe, except when Omaze remind me by sending out ads to generate more sales - in addition to my subcribed amount.
You are allocated a winning code number, but can never find it.

Patch really does deliver supreme quality plants. They always look so fresh and lush when they arrive, and the website is great for tips on how to care for them. You really can’t go wrong!

This item was packaged inadequately. One small square of tissue paper to “protect” the garment, and then the whole thing put into an oversized box resulting in a screwed up mess by the time it arrived. Reiss should have better standards than this. I rated it 3 stars only because the item itself is a nice fit.

Hour time slot notification - for me this is the best part, knowing when to expect the parcel. It was delivered within the time frame and left in the porch, as instructed. My item was in perfect condition, so assume handled with care. Thank you.

Good experience. The engineer, Phil, let me know in advance when he’d be with me. He explained what needed to be done and made sure I was happy with what he was doing. He answered all my questions, got on with the job, and checked all was in working order before he left.

Fast delivery (although I won’t be sowing the seeds until March, so fingers crossed for a sunny bloom next year!)

There were never any quibbles about paying out on claims and after years of switching from one insurer to another, I found Animal Friends to be the best deal for my money. Sadly my two dogs have gone now, but if I were to get anymore in the future, I would definitely go back to AF. Highly recommend.

I love the fact my subscription is contributing towards good causes, with the added bonus that there is the hope I might win something!!

The radiator arrived in good time and was packaged well. It is as beautiful as it looks on the website. I didn't order the valves for it at the same time, as I assumed they were included (stupidly not having read the "essential extras" bit underneath). Probably that should be made clearer. Apart from that - absolutely delighted with it!
