Usually great service. But this 1 instance delivered a package to a neighbors door on a different floor.
The delivery image taken by citymail itself also showed the name mismatch from the package compared to the name on the door. Had to search the floors in my building until I found it. Minor inconvenience. Otherwise package arrived intact.

This site was super easy to use and navigate. Received a fun welcome gift in the mail of a pair of neck warmers for my partner and I for our snowboarding trip. It was definitely a happy surprise. In the mail it also included a business card for a SnowPak concierge. The weird thing was the email listed did not work but was easily rectified by me calling the general support number. The customer service rep Laurie was super accommodating and friendly and able to answer all of my questions. A check in call prior to my trip was made by Laurie which was also a great part of this experience. Will definitely come back to this site again.
