I’m satisfied from how everything was assembled and the professional work of the person. The only flaw I see is getting charged for travel expenses after the person showed are the address linked to my Personnummer instead of them asking prior hand where the assembly should happen. I gave the order number which had the delivery address, but still there was mistake.

Hi Martin, thank you for the feedback.
We sometimes take an order number just to be able to check which items are supposed to be assembled. We always, however, ask for the correct address over the phone so we can give that information to the handyman. In this case my co-worker doublechecked the address with you over the phone, but we unfortunately got the wrong one.

It was overpriced.
The job was done slowly and I got charged an extra 30 mins, which only 10 of them were used to get settled in.

It was unfortunate that you where unhappy with the final invoice for our service.
The price for the service is based on the time the work took. Its the same cost that we informed you about before creating your order. The time based cost was because the work you wanted us to complete was started by you and in those cases it often entails more work then when starting from the beginning and there for can lead to a longer job and there for we cannot offer a fixed price for this.
I'm glad that we had such a good communication regarding this and could leave with both parties happy.

Asking for TV mounting service on wall
Asking for TV mounting service on wall. Customer service was good and helpful. Received booking but got cancel one day before due to injury of fixer. Next fixer accept the job few days later. Fixer came on time but i think he dont have proper tool to drill my wall thus drill alot of unneccesary holes on wall.
