€11.7k cancelled. No tickets. No refund.

I bought four World Cup ticket orders from Biletwise for €11,671.52.

Biletwise cancelled because they could not deliver the tickets. Fine — things happen. But the refund never arrived.

First they told me it had already been processed. Later, their own Finance team admitted in writing that it was still “pending” due to a possible issue with their bank and promised payment within 10 days.

That deadline passed. Still no refund.

I’ve now tried multiple channels and email addresses. Instead of a solution: radio silence and rejected emails.

I’m not calling this a scam. I’m just stating the facts:

Cancelled by Biletwise. No service. Refund acknowledged. €11.7k still missing.

I’ll gladly update this review the moment the money is actually returned.

Terrible experiencia. Reserve un vuelo con ellos a Madrid desde Diciwmbre. Por alguna razón rompieron la reservación en 2 lo cual generó muchos problemas. Al final la historia termina en que no pude hacer check in en línea, fui al aeropuerto y me dijeron que se hizo una reservación más nunca emitieron los boletos (fraude).

Por supuesto no se hacen responsables.
