I would like to update my review after receiving excellent assistance from Viajemos.com.

I was contacted directly by Lorena Sánchez and then by Karen Velasco regarding my case. Karen took the time to investigate the situation carefully and asked me to review a detailed bank statement covering the relevant period.

After doing so, I discovered that the USD 1,053.13 refund had actually been successfully credited to my account on February 5, 2026. The transaction appeared under the name “BUDGET RENT A CAR TULSA United States,” which is why I had not previously recognized it as the refund connected with my reservation.

I would especially like to thank Karen Velasco and Lorena Sánchez for their professionalism, patience and excellent communication. They took my concerns seriously and helped me finally understand exactly what had happened.

Karen's suggestion to check the detailed bank statement was particularly helpful and ultimately resolved the entire misunderstanding.

Javier Calderon is my goto agent for any viajemos transaction. He is highly professional and is very familiar with company policy and processes. (I can tell he’s a protectionist) I prefer not to deal with anyone else. I’ll wait a whole week if necessary just to get Javier to care for my issue. There is no issue big or small that he’s not ready or willing to take on. He needs to be promoted to lead advisor(ok maybe not cause then I probably won’t be able to reach him 😊) . I just can’t say enough. Today I had multiple issues and he resolved them and gave me a call back to make sure we got it right. Knowing who he is I then gave him another project and he’s already working on it. Customer Service above and beyond!

I would suggest that you add a cancel or amend option on the website.

I needed to book a rental car and came up on a fantastic deal on their website BUT even though I put the airport as Fort Lauderdale, the system automatically changed it to Miami. Sadly, I did not realize until I hit buy! Nonetheless, I did call and cancel. A very nice agent, named Laura, helped me. IF she had not been so willing to cancel, I would have rated lower.
