Product was as described and functioning but when we tri d to use it, it was locked to a other users account, when we tried to log that user out, the unit crashed and was non functional until we rebooted it again unit since exchanged for a more expensive unit 😏

Parcel delivery was fast, parcel arrived intact. Parcel was heavy and left balancing on an electric gate opening and closing armature. I was out and opened gate to return unaware the parcel was balanced on the gate arm 🫣 thankfully the parcel didn’t fall 🫣🫣🫣

Ordered 3 PC’s, got regular updates on their progress and shipping status, had communication from the courier for delivery. Great end to end service.
One negative was that one of the units arrived with the hard drive and dvd drive loose and loose screws floating inside the unit, thankfully I have tech experience and was able to remedy this.... a little more attention to detail on the finishing QC, however PC works fine, had not powered it up when I noticed the ‘rattle’ in the unit.
