As my parcel was coming from the UK I thought it would have been here a bit quicker. Also too much packing for such a small order, outer box was a bit excessive for the items inside so it was then padded out with more paper. All went in the recycling but in this modern age, we should be a little more careful with our packing. Other than that, items as described, I love love my Cherry Opal ring, I love the dolphin, and I love my floating love heart. Thank you

Fantastic dealings with House of Lor. Vicki was very attentive answering messages outside of working hours. My ring was ordered and very quickly delivered. The packing is second to none, beautifully presented. I love the fact I have some Irish gold and there is a Cert of Authenticity to prove this. I am in Ireland and my parcel arrived very quickly considering the current delays with covid. I was sent emails to let me know the status of my parcel. Des also knew what we were doing so added some extra terminals free of charge. In previous years I have purchased other items and never have been disappointed with either the item or the service provided. I am a very happy customer and gladly advise anyone to shop here.
