Last weekend, I planned to buy a TV for my bedroom at the Currys in Stamford. Although it wasn't valuable item, but the staff Tom enthusiastically answered my questions about the product and conscientiously helped me complete the purchase.
I am very satisfied with the service at this Currys.

I have been booking a cruise with ICLU cruise agent, the trip been cancel more than a year, but so far I haven't get a penny refund.
I am very depressed. It was cost almost one thousand pound.
I was kicked around like a ball directly at the agent and P&O. Cruise Company.
Not happy at all.

I am not very happy with the rescheduling because the status is unknown.
Neither refunds nor explicit lying at what time for refunds. But send me a lot of Advertising. For the new trip have to increased the cost.
