The product (a replacement awning canvas) was well made and well priced, but did not include the threading cable needed to fit it to the awning frame. As this had been supplied with the original canvas (bought along with the awning frame, from this manufacturer) I would have assumed a new one would be shipped with a replacement canvas. It wasnt mentioned in the website listing though, so I suppose I should have queried it beforehand.

Billed despite repeated attempts to cancel my account before the end of a free trial period. AI responses only and no real humans available to help with any of my queries.

I bought a weights bench online from FitnessEquipmentIreland and overall I am very happy. The item was delivered within the "7_10 working days" stated, and so far it appears to be an excellent, high quality item (Laoch 601 FID Commercial bench)

However, there is one thing worth mentioning. Mainly: This is NOT the bench pictured on the site. It is closely comparable in size, weight, function and quality, and I am very happy with it, but it is a completely different design to the one advertised. If you are picky, and would be annoyed by that, it might be worth knowing.

My order was delivered the next day, but there was an issue with it. I emailed about this and the team immediately fixed the issue.

One item from my order was cancelled before dispatch (email said it was out of stock,to be refunded to my card), and another item was delivered with the security tag still attached.

I was able to bring the item into my local shop and have the tag removed. While I was there I found that the shop had three of the item that had been cancelled, in my size, on the rack.
