I had a great experience with the Scrum Master training, thanks to an engaging and effective trainer. He didn’t just read from slides; instead, he coached us with humor, visuals, and interactive group exercises. The trainer prepared us thoroughly for the exam, making additional studying almost unnecessary. However, I’m giving 4 stars due to issues with the training organizer. The session link arrived late, causing me to miss the introduction, and I had to contact support twice to get it. Otherwise, a highly valuable training session!

Only issue I had with this brand is that I've ordered a spec. flavour of a product 2x, listed as available, payed both, but then later it turnes out that they have got only 1 of it in that flavour available ... 😏 Most of the other flavours were not available anyways... I mean, why to advertise a flavour on the webpage and let people pay for, if not available ? Not getting it...weird business logics... To me it seems, they are constanlty having issues with stock, coz this isn't the first time me seeing them having only some of the advertised flavours available to customer...
Product otherwise great... I do appreciate they have coffein-free energizer, which I like ... therefore 3 stars. If they would not have the issue with the availability of their flavours, I assume I would maybe give 5*.

Meine dritte Bestellung und es geht immer noch schnell und reibungslos. Zu Black Friday gab es sogar Mega Deals, das ich nutzen könnte. Zufrieden.

Professional knifes , professional service !

Perfect shop! I've ordered from them 2x, both times without any issues. The items are in mint condition, they look in real even better, than on the pics on their website. Their leather straps are exceptional quality. The delivery&packaging is also very well done and the prices are one of the best in the EU. Great great Dutch service. It's quite probable, that I will order other items as well from them.

Exceptional, exceptional service!!! Really, this is how all the businesses should run! It's a joy to shop by them. Maybe it's due to the fact that this is a family business - as far as I know - and they do everything to satisfy the customer, I dunno. I only know, that they are very very fast with delivery, are helping you out immediately (no kidding, they do answer e-mails almost always immediately), there are no tricks, no shady business like many others do, they have probably one of the widest range of Japanese knives in EU, the items are in mint condition and being delivered very well packaged, also they include mostly little surprises in the package (they did both times for me).
This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them, this time 2 rare knives that were out of stock on the homepage, but Rene looked them up for me in the warehouse and found them available. They've packaged & sent those out the same day(!!) and it has arrived to me to North Germany in 2 days! Ordered on 25th of Mai 13:56, arrived on 27th Mai 16:03. If this is not an exceptional service, then I don't know what is.

I've ordered from them until now 3-4 times to Germany, North (Hamburg and area) and I've had zero issues. The shipping arrived in 2 days, it was very well packaged, there was a clear tracking of the package, the products are in mint condition (the leather strop on the wooden base is very neat!). Just a professional dutch service. Keep it up like this guys!
