Had a problem with an item that was won at an auction. After contacting customer services, I was dealt with by a polite gentleman called Logan.
The problem was sorted out without any issues with the help of Logan who was very responsive and helpful.

Won 2 items on an auction of which one of them turned out to be faulty. Emailed customer services to describe the fault and was dealt with by a lovely lady called Jess. After reviewing the issue and a couple of emails, the problem was sorted out. I have purchase a few things from Supreme in the past and any problems that I might of had they have alway been helpful and efficient in sorting them out. 👍

Just purchased the AlcoSense Pro. Feels and looks quality, instructions easy to follow without any over complicated processes. All accessories for the product seem reasonably priced and have just ordered a carry case to keep my machine in top condition. A++++

Had a query regarding a Ruroc helmet. Got a lovely response from a lady called Madelene. Very helpful, efficient and polite. Top products, top customer services.

No mess, no fuss. Item arrived as ordered, quick and on time. Will definitely be using again for future supplies.

I only enquired about a replacement part for something that I manage to break on one of there excellent belts. Customer service second to none. Very helpful with no issues. Certainly went over and above what I was expecting. And by the way, these belts have been the only one's that have managed to keep my trouser/shorts where they should be, around my hipless body. Great belts, great customer service👍👍👍

Not received the goods as yet, but all contact with customer services has been very pleasant and helpful.

Had my electric trike delivered (JMT7) on the 12th August this year. Had nothing but a great experience from Jorvik, from choosing the trike that was right for me, thank you Lilly, right through to the trike being delivered. Anytime that I've needed any information, no matter how silly the question may have been, the customer service dept. were second to none, especially Dianne, who couldn't do enough when I called her regarding a query about a spare battery that I had ordered. Anyway, no matter who I've dealt with they've all been very helpful. The trike it's self has been brilliant, can't keep off it and not only is it a joy to ride but it's real head-turner, especially from the male side of the sexes, it must be something to do with boys and their toys syndrome?

Thought I’d only paid for postage, hadn’t realised that I had subscribed for a monthly supply. Not made very clear when advertised as free.
