Bought a helmet half price as it was advertised as blemished. To be honest I can’t even see anything wrong with it. My only criticism would be the helmet is very tight. I got a large as it’s 58-60, my head being 58 so thought would have plenty of room so surprised how tight it feels. Apart from that service was exceptional.

The helmet audio is scratchy and really bad. I bought a 10$audio thing off Temu and it’s better quality. Not to mention when I ask them for a review website they ignore me and ask for unrelated garbage instead of answering my question. Don’t waste your money on one of these helmets, just get a regular one and add one of those speakers inside and clip to the outside.

I have purchased 2 helmets,2 shockwave audio systems,6 pinlocks and 2 coloured visors.
The helmets themselves are amazing,great fit,sound system is A grade probably the best I have had.
I want to thank Daniel from customer service,they were out of stock of an item I wanted and I was going to wait for it to come back in so I only had to one freight cost,he organised free freight for me,no question asked,great service.

Bought two helmets! The inside is awefully cheap when you instal the bluetooth they never go back to factory fit! I spent over $1200 got the wrong lense and because it was longer then 30 days they wouldnt except the return for even credit to get the one inwanted! They pay to be top of the search bars and dont have a track record! After i got my R1 the helmet super heavy terrible aerodynamics after an hour on even my cruiser my jaw was out of place and it was messed up for about a week! I promise you save your money and get Arai shoeii or alpine stars! Much love yall two down always!

I had a problem with one of the shockwave speakers not working in my new EOX 2.0 helmet.
I contacted customer service after installing. Meghan was very helpful with trying to troubleshoot the problem with me.
She decided to send out a whole new headset to replace the faulty unit!
Excellent customer service! The new Helmet is very nice and very comfortable. The only complaint I have is installing the check pads, they are a major pain, but the look and comfort is outstanding!
