Often, the most telling experience comes when things don't go quite right. My initial order failed to arrive, so I contacted them (using the convenient link in my despatch/tracking info), and filled out a quick form. Within ten minutes I had an emailed response and within the hour a replacement was en route. I received the replacement shoes within 48 hours. Absolutely no bother, no hassle, no quibbles. Very good customer service from SportsShoes, and from their representative, Somia!

Called customer service as I was having an issue with the steam wand on my Sage Barista Express. First thing to say is that I got through to someone very quickly. There was a quick automated menu first and once I selected the appropriate option I was connected to a real person within 30 seconds. No long tedious time spent sitting on hold! Great start! Once I was connected to the customer service representative (Delani), he was very clear and helpful. When I got stuck and he didn't know what to suggest, he popped me on hold and found the solution, then with his help I was able to resolve my issue and have my coffee machine functioning properly again. Overall a very positive experience. A lot of companies are very good at selling you their product/service but when you need help or support, it's a different story. It was refreshing in this case to have a much more positive experience.

Great quality blinds which were delivered very quickly. The colour match was exactly as on the website. The blinds were a piece of cake to fit (no drilling or screwing required!). They look great in our kitchen and we're very happy with them. Would certainly recommend blinds 2go based on our experience

Fantastic service. Ordered a new bike late Saturday afternoon and it was delivered by 9.00 on Tuesday morning. Had a quick query (about locating the frame number) and they responded to that within an hour.
