Good discount for my first running shoes
Overall, I was happy with my purchase and the shoes arrived in good condition. However, the shoe box was quite dented when it arrived. Fortunately, the shoes themselves were not damaged.
One suggestion would be to offer free delivery when customers spend over a certain amount. I may have spent more if there had been a free delivery threshold, although I may have missed this if it was already available. It could be a great way to encourage customers to add more items to their order.

Top Service
This was like my fourth purchase from Sports Shoes. I find their service very easy to use and they have always been very efficient. I have not had any issues with my packages or their delivery. I paid the ‘delivery within 2 days’ service on the Thursday and was expecting my package to be delivered the following Tuesday as it was a Bank Holiday weekend, but I received my package on the Saturday, I will definitely be using Sports Shoes again, top service.

Ordering my shoes was easy and delivery…
Ordering my shoes was easy and delivery was prompt with emails communicating during the process. My big problem was the courier leaving my parcel on the path outside the block of flats not on my personal door mat! Luckily I returned home and found my parcel but in the past have lost them/ been stolen because of lazy delivery drivers who can't walk up stairs to my flat!
