Yet another parcel Missing what a joke of a company. Hermes received the parcel from sports direct for next day delivery....which was due out for delivery, suddenly gone missing again probably the work of a thief or a ghost..? can never get any answer or a honest explanation.
Sports direct will not refund my £80.. until they investigate...unfortunately this is NOT my problem its between sports direct and Hermes.....so a full refund should be made immediately...they wouldn't let me leave there store without a payment but will take my money with No items delivered by Hermes.

We have a 5 year warranty with the company. Structural. Cracks. Peeling

DO NOT take the extra warranty out with this company as they will make the best excuse.. Not to cover you... We have leather seats not used often and noticed the leather is cracked and peeling. Ofislay not real leather... The excuse was ware and tear.. This is why we so called covered our self on this joke of a warranty...
Its like being mugged of like P. P. I...
Please do not take the warranty out.
The staff are obviously trained to make make the best excuse possible and very rude when trying to get the matter resolved.
100% the warranty company will NOT REPLY TO THIS OPINION.

We have been contacted by the company.
Still denied about the warranty.
Unfortunately I have sent a email regarding the situation and a copy of the warranty which clearly shows that lifting or peeling of the hide on leather furniture is covered. Which they say is not..!!
We have sent a copy of the contract (small print). To show that with in our warranty we are covered.
It has been a couple of months now since the email and have not been contacted back.
