Doesn’t come close to Sky+
Usually the interface is user friendly but after 3 months I still find this annoying. Simple things like not been able to press play to continue watch a recording. Instead you have to traips throug the menu. This is the same with favourites as I would rather just use the blue button.
In my opinion, as a customer of 10yrs this is the worst thing Sky has done in a long time. I would have rather gone with virgin, Despite the bad reviews.
Also the wifi has been playing up with the new Qhub. This never happened before with the internet.
After constantly try to contact sky on the messenger service and not getting a reply for hours after (when I wasn’t available)I gave up on them.
The best thing about Sky Q is the touch/voice remote, which is a good job seems the remote is a poorly designed shape and, in the hand whist looking at the tv feels the same shape and all the buttons feel flat which makes it difficult of judging what buttons you can feel.
If Sky done tweak the problems, then I will be leaving when the contract is is up.
