At the registration stage

At the registration stage, I made it clear that I did not want to continue with this service, as my business was not yet trading and it would be some time before I was in a position to generate any income.

I was reassured that this would not be a problem and was offered two months free, with the understanding that once I asked for the service to end, it would be cancelled.

However, I have now asked on at least two occasions for this agreement to be ended. Despite this, I am now receiving messages congratulating me on my first transaction, when my business is still not trading.

Please can you confirm that this service and agreement have now been cancelled and that no further charges will be taken. I would also appreciate confirmation that there are no outstanding charges on my account.

Scam caller

I phoned the fraud help line as I had a scammer phone me yesterday. The guy I spoke to , Simon, was very helpful and gave me good advice on how to spot a scam caller.

Alex was excellent

Alex was excellent, very calming voice and reassured me that all is okay. After a very stressfull ordeal with a fraudster who had access within my account managed to get money out of me very convincingly, it is so scary how good these fraudsters are at providing information only your bank should have.
