Was initially concerned whether deal was genuine (due to the super low price), however HDEW’s extremely high Google & TrustPilot scores gave me confidence that all was genuine, so I proceeded to place the order.

Ordering from the website was extremely easy and I received a really well packed product 5 days later.

I was kept fully informed at each stage of the ordering & shipping process, and with full product tracking, knew exactly when it had been dispatched and when it was due to arrive.

As the product came with an American USB plug top, HDEU had kindly included a UK USB plug in the box. That’s more than you get with a UK/EU iPad, where the inclusion of a charges is banned by our ‘friends’ in the EU!! I tried to call HDEW on one ocassion, and although I never left my number, received a prompt phone callback from a helpful & friendly employee of HDEW who was most courteous and helpful.

In summary therefore, I’d award HDEW 5 star rating (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) and would highly recommend them.

In this day and age of poor customer service and scams, it’s nice to find a company that still regards its customers as valued.

Excellent service, from driver pick-up of car to drop-off. Karl & Lisa were great in communications and making sure that everything was booked and went to plan. My request to not wash the car was respected and the car was delivered back on time. Sanjay (the technician who carried out the service) was also excellent and produced a very clear health check video showing the state of the mechanical items under the car. My only disappointment was that Aston Martin Sevenoaks could not carry out a wheel alignment that I requested, as their machine was broken.

I’ve just received my Ryan London tan Leather case for my Apple iPhone 15 Pro, and absolutely love it! It’s beautifully made, fits the phone like a glove, and smells/feels gorgeous. The buttons feel good, are well aligned, and it’s nice to see a proper button for the new iPhone 15 Pro ‘Action Button’ (rather than the ‘hole’ seen in other manufacturer’s cases). No-one asked Apple to stop making leather iPhone cases (their new ‘fine-weave’ case is a poor ‘premium priced’ substitute and I found is prone to severe scratching and damage) , however the Ryan London leather case looks and feels as good as Apple leather cases used to be years ago. This is exactly the case that I wanted to make my new phone feel and look special. The rim around the front screen is genius and reduces the likelihood of getting a scratched screen - ditto the raised border around the camera lenses ‘bump’. Do yourself a favour and get one of these cases for your new phone!!
