I received my product in quite a good time frame. Excellent product and I was over the moon with the price so much cheaper than large stores. I wish I had found this site sooner to be honest it would’ve saved me a lot of money.

HDEW offers excellent very attentive service at highly competitive prices. Delivery was smooth and I was well informed throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone buying a new camera and not willing to overpay.

HDEW cameras have been on my radar for a long time. When it came to renewing our Motorhome sat nav, there was no competition. Best price,quick delivery,all round good service.

I’ve bought loads items over many years from this company and I’m yet to have an issue! Recently I bought a Sandisk 128 GB v30 SD card from them and it’s happily working with my new (to me) Fuji X-H2 and it’s demanding 40 Mpix sensor. I mention these details because another 128GB card failed to write the photos half the time. It was also reassuring that the Hdew card came with the SanDisk recovery software voucher, should I need it.

I was happy to use HDEW as several of my friends have also bought from them. They are a long established company, based in the UK. They also have an ordinary UK phone number you can ring and I found them to be very friendly and honest to deal with. I would happily buy from them again.

I have used HDEW a number of times now and their service is fast and professional. Once you have ordered, the turnaround is within 7 days. I collected my new camera from their offices and on collection they give you time to inspect your purchase before paying for it. I can highly recommend HDEW and will be buying more equipment from them in future.

The prices of their new equipment are very competative and below other retailers. The condition is new, but sometimes from overseas.

However if you need an item quickly their delivery is slow (7 working days), and there is no tracking update until the item is due to be delivered.
