Fell for the lower than BT price and signed up for Broadband. Got an email on 6 July saying that 'it normally takes 10 working days'. More than a month later have heard absolutely nothing and they took a payment of £23.99.
Tried to phone and online chat but waiting times were horrendous and chat often unavailable. Today I got through to chat AND phone at the same time! Cancelled the non-existent broadband and they said they'll refund my money. Sounded like they're well used to this process! Over a month with no wi-fi and now I have to start again. Plusnet are to be avoided at all costs!
