Finally, we run our business in an ethical fashion. We use a green electricity supplier, are diligent recyclers and try to make decisions based on the impact on the world around us. Our chosen charity is War Child.

The Bear Garden Guarantee
We aim to send orders within 24 hours of receipt whenever possible. Items are sent securely packed and clearly labelled, so they arrive safely.
We like our customers to be happy!
So, if when you receive your parcel you are not happy with the contents, you will be refunded on return of the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights. The Bear Garden guarantees that all items offered for sale are in perfect condition. We include boxes, bags and certificates where provided by the manufacturer.
Returns
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, then you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We do ask, however, that you contact us before returning any item. Returns must be sent back with any original boxes, packing and certificates.
Refunds are less any original postage costs incurred by The Bear Garden. We do reserve the right not to refund the full cost where items are returned damaged or missing.

Absolutely brilliant service
I bought this bear 🐻 for my new great grandson.Delivery service was excellent ordered the bear had a phone call to check that his name was correct brilliant service. I haven't given it to him yet as his mother is recovering from the birth.

Gilbert Giraffe
I ordered Gilbert for a new baby, having not used The Bear Garden before. The website was very clear, especially as to which items were suitable for newborns.
There was a quick response letting me know my order was being processed and when I would receive it. Gilbert was carefully and lovingly packaged, almost as though he'd been tucked into bed. He was even nicer than he had appeared online and the recipient was delighted. I would definitely order from the company again.
