Salesperson was not listening to what I wanted he tried the hard sell and when I didn't want to buy he wasn't not interested then another came along and he was very helpful even spent more but he gave sale to other and then when at the till he was in that much of a rush he did not give the correct information and instead of instalments went through in one payment . Salesperson need to take time with people and listen to what they want not what they think is best

Alan Stewart is extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much bother , achieves sometimes the impossible for us on our choice of vehicle but knocks it out of the bag every time for all our family eigth vehicle purchase from Alan

It was more the salesperson Alan Stewart have gone to him for several cars over the years .even when he was at another garage ..very honest .reliable and knowledgeable

So welcoming so honest and helpful felt they wanted our business not like other carpet place tapi very unhelpful and didn't want our business everything was too difficult unless it was an.. order in carpet not on the roll also tapi was double the price and tried to put the reason of this on travel ..would not recommend tapi ever

As a company the communication is rubbish and the overall experience of getting a car from you has put me off .....the sales advisor however if not for him I would not have carried on with the purchase but he went above and beyond as knowing the rest of our family and having dealt with them previous .and no issues previous ..but will they return they will think long and hard .....he also the salesman was was not kept informed of the whole situation
