I ordered over a month ago. I never received the product and have tried on numerous times to contact the provider but to no avail. I can only presume this is a fake website so highly recommend avoiding at all cost.

When you haven't received your card you can still use your account; bank transfers, standing orders, direct debits and your virtual card are already up and running.

I’ve only recently converted to this bus from taking a taxi and I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to a taxi to the airport! It’s 1/4 the price and only takes about 10-15 mins longer.
Coach is really clean, and safe with seatbelts and never packed.
It’s a winner!

It’s so hard to communicate with this company online. Really poor website user experience for questions/issues. I tried for a couple of weeks, then wrote a negative review and someone got onto me immediately. Not the best way to approach customer service! They also don’t read emails properly (in my experience) so send you the wrong thing or half the items so you’re waiting longer as a result.

Gorgeous bottles (series 2) but horrendous communication re delivery and with a problem after. Unbelievably poor customer contact options and insanely slow customer service so don’t buy direct if you can help it!
