Great boots
Delivery was prompt. Boots look exactly like they did on website and they fit beautifully. They're really light as well which Iove - I hate heavy footwear. The leather is really a nice colour too and it's so soft the boots hug my ankles. Love them. Looking forward to the cooler weather to wear them.

Sandals
I ordered sandals online. I received a call from my local Carla Scarpi store a week later amd
collected the sandals. These are the 2nd pair of sandals I bought in a different colour to the 1st pair because they are so comfortable

I purchased 2 pairs 1 pair arrived…
I purchased 2 pairs 1 pair arrived within 5 days the second was despatched But there was no updates on the order .I called customer service ,and the delivery was attempted twice the adviser took details and I received the next day the shoes are very well made and comfortable I would definitely buy from them again excellent customer support and service.

Fab shoes
Fab shoes, l ordered Elodie Loafers in Brown Suede, they were so comfortable that l bought a second pair in red. If l could buy them in every colour l would.
I had to go up a size as many of the CS shoes are a narrow fit. I would usually wear a size 40, but sized up to a 41, which fit perfectly. Size up if you don’t have narrow feet.
