From the very first phone call enquiring about cruises, our decision to choose a Caribbean cruise was an easy one with staff at Cassidy Travel. Really helpful and informative information. We kept in touch with Ainie and she was very helpful and understanding with some issues that arose. Overall great experience with any staff we dealt with including Mark in credit control! I would highly recommend Cassidy Travel who take all the stress and hassle out of finding a suitable cruise which is a daunting tasks with the amount of cruise companies available! Top marks from me, but I will also report back when we return from our Caribbean cruise at end of March!🙏🏼🤞

From my first phone call with Ainie and subsequent call with her colleague, Colette, I knew I had very helpful and informative agents advising me! Ainie couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient and i was definitely swayed by her own experience of cruising that she so generously shared with me! From my first telephone conversation she made it so easy for me to decide and make the cruise booking. She gave me a choice of 3 cruises to fit within my timeframe and hence it only took a day of further research and discussion with family to make the decision. I knew Ainie was trustworthy she was so nice and helpful and efficiently came back to me quickly with my many queries. I only wish the cruise was closer than 2026! Thank you Ainie and I hope Cassidy Travel value you and also Colette as exemplary employees!

Fantastic prices but speed of delivery was vital to me as I was going away on holiday and following my email to the team at Cara, my order was delivered the very next day by post. Only on gripe, I was charged €5 for delivery when it was supposed to be free delivery but this was refunded later following my complaint
