Great experience

I’m satisfied with flexi service and customer support. Customer support is very helpful. One thing they should consider, to launch the sim for kids smart watches. So we could stay contacted with our kids on flexi network.

Jeg er ikke tilfreds med Krifa, og de er ikke hjælpsomme med at løse problemet. I stedet for at spørge min chef om udbetaling af G-dage, bruger de forhalingstaktikker og dårlige undskyldninger for at forsinke processen. Lige nu er jeg på supplerende A-kasse, og de sidste 2 måneder har Krifa ikke betalt mig en eneste krone. De venter bare på, at min supplerende A-kasse slutter. Det er næsten to måneder siden, og min chef nægtede at betale G-dage-pengene. Krifa skuffer mig. Jeg er i økonomisk krise og fortsætter med at betale deres regninger :(

Customer service of Krifa is very helpful, and provide updated information. I’m happy with them and definitely recommend to others to become member.

On time and quick service

Dekra is Big company, but it’s customer service is very bad, in last 10 days I tried 5 times to contact them, because I want to get a new date to re-appear in the forklift practical exam, every time the customer support person from call centre says, they are not picking our calls, abut we have written an email, they will send you a messege or will contact you soon”But now it’s 2nd week going over, I didn’t get any reply.

I had ordered 5 items but Thansen cancelled one item after 2 days although this item is still available on some branches as a offer. Thatswhy i Got disappointment :(

Bad Behaviour of sales staff at sportmaster, Herlev Big branch.
Today i went to Herlev Big branch at 11:15 and ask to returned an item, which i had bought online shop. There was two old Ladies stranding on the counter, They talk very rudely and replied. We can’t return this item at this shop, you have to post return on online Sportmaster shop. When I tell Them its wrote on this invice paper. Then they took that item very insulting Way and returned the item. Their Behaviour was totally wrong. I have those Ladies picture in my mobile. I Will never again go to that shop.I am surprised, how Sportsmaster hire these type of unprofessional staff. They were looking very angry without reason.

Yesterday i have received this mobile holder, which cast me 149kr. Today same holder is now available at Thansen on discount Price just 79kr. So what you Think , I should be happy?

today surprisingly it was good experience. But am not sure due to previous bad experiences, that they have improved the service or its just my luck that i got package at home address instead of postnord super store branch :p :D

very bad Service. whole Delivery day i was at home but delivery guy did'nt come at my home and sent a messege , that he came but i was not at home , its a total lie, i dislike this service , Today i have to pick this parcell from Føtex superstore. i will not recommend to anyone nor use this service again

Hi!!!! very good service and quality of sold items. Although i have returned one item at their store due to wrong buying and bought few new items, but customer staff deal very well and adjust the returned item amount in new buying. I'm 100% satisfied and will continue buying in near future.
