The DEKRA technician was professional, understanding, and took the time to listen while I explained the issues I had been experiencing. Based on the noise the vehicle was making and his thorough inspection, he provided an impartial and professional assessment. His report was clear, fair, and reflected the condition of the vehicle accurately.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with DEKRA. Their professionalism and independence gave me confidence in the inspection process. I would highly recommend their services.

Our four-year-old 🚘 was due for its first inspection and as a "legal german alien" here in 🇩🇰 I'm often a little skeptical/worried about appointments at TÜV and DEKRA etc. in 🇩🇪 😬…
Completely different here:
* No queue in front of the inspection hall
* Very friendly welcome from the staff
* Very 😋 delicious coffee – free of charge❗️
* No need to present any 📚documents📚, everything is IT-supported, as all data (except for the mileage) is already recorded
* Appointment duration: ~30 minutes plus time for some small talk 😇
* Very reasonable costs compared to 🇩🇪
Conclusion: six out of five ⭐️, I can highly recommend this DEKRA testing station; I'll gladly come back in two years for the next check-up 👍🏻

Dekra is Big company, but it’s customer service is very bad, in last 10 days I tried 5 times to contact them, because I want to get a new date to re-appear in the forklift practical exam, every time the customer support person from call centre says, they are not picking our calls, abut we have written an email, they will send you a messege or will contact you soon”But now it’s 2nd week going over, I didn’t get any reply.
