Got email this morning to say my parcel was out for delivery today and I was number 37 on the list of deliveries for today. Cancelled my trip out to wait in for my parcel. Checked status all morning to see other deliveries by my 'driver' 'martin' were being completed and slowly I was moving up the list. Then when Martin got to delivery 36 and was only 15 mins from me I began to get excited. 2mins later the new message became sorry our driver cannot find your address and delivery is abandoned . DPD your service is the worst I have ever experienced. When will you deliver my parcel ???
