Brilliant selection of nail polishes and if the shade you're looking for isn't available, you can contact the company and they'll do their best to order it for you. Their customer service is excellent and they're always very helpful. Delivery could be a bit quicker, but it's worth the wait.

Customer service via email is very poor.
I emailed a complaint about their packaging, as the box was not secure and items could easily have fallen out of the bottom,thankfully they didn’t. No reply.
Also, I had concerns about a delivery delay . Again, no response.

I’m really happy with the items I ordered, but the delivery was very slow. My parcel was stuck on “We have your item and will process it for delivery” for over a week with no updates. The website chatbot wasn’t helpful and just told me to contact the delivery company myself. When I finally spoke to a real customer service agent, they were very nice and helpful, gave me a 20% promo code as an apology, which I really appreciated and my parcel was delivered the next day.

I’ve placed two orders with this company and both arrived on time and as expected. I’m very happy with the quality of the clothes, they seem well made. I was a bit surprised by all the negative reviews, as my experience has been completely positive so far.

Ordered a pedal bin and it arrived with the plastic hinge pieces broken, although the outer packaging wasn’t damaged. The website wouldn’t let me submit a damaged on arrival claim, which was frustrating. However, I contacted customer service via webchat and they arranged to send a replacement without requiring the damaged item to be returned. The issue was handled quickly once I reached an adviser.

I ordered a duvet set from Urban Outfitters and unfortunately it arrived with a couple of defects, including uneven stitching and a corner tie that came off after the first wash. I contacted customer service and although they were polite and responsive, they weren’t able to offer a full refund without a return, even though I no longer had the packaging. In the end I accepted a 20% partial refund, which was processed quickly. The team replied promptly throughout, but it did take several emails to reach a resolution. Overall, customer service was friendly and helpful, but the returns policy is quite rigid, especially when the item arrives faulty.

I ordered an item that never arrived. The tracking showed it with GLS, but it appears to have been lost in transit. I tried contacting Herschel customer service several times but never received a reply, which was really disappointing. In the end, I had to open a PayPal case to get my money back.
