order placed at 10.50 on 9th paid £9.95 for next day delivery. Whilst I appreciate logistic firm independant (DHL) was very disappointed not to receive order until 2.5 days passed ( left on doorstep 19.30 on 11th) . Emails sent for refund of premium delivery charge no reply/refund forthcoming

next day, two and half days later, no recourse with DHL or supplier no refund. At one point DHL told me package lost, contact supplier ..5 hrs later left on doorstep.
