Scammers! I have used this website for the past year or so and it’s mostly been ok. Deposits often don’t work and games sometimes freeze or crash but generally ok. Then I made a withdrawal request 4 weeks ago which was declined. I live chatted to find out why and they accused me of multiple chargebacks on my card from December 2025! I have not made any chargebacks. I have provided bank statements and screenshots of specific payments and a letter from my bank confirming that no chargebacks have been made on my account to anyone. They then provided me a list of (45!) transactions numbers that I had done chargebacks on. I provided these to my bank who confirmed these numbers do not exist.
4 weeks on and still no further forward. Just keep being told to wait. It’s £475 of my money they are withholding. I’ve provided multiple pieces of evidence and they have provided none! So bad!

These were the cheapest on a comparison site so i took out the insurance. Everything seemed fine until i recently had an accident and needed to claim. They have been so slow and unhelpful! took 3 days for them to formally log the accident and give me a reference, took 2 weeks for them to collect the car from the recovery storage and send to the garage for assessment. I was having to constantly chase them up for any information. you are passed from pillar to post and you are on hold an hour to get through to anyone every time you call.
My vehicle has been deemed a total loss but i only found that out by speaking to the garage directly about getting a courtesy car (which i was then told wasn't included in my policy anyway). I then had to ring the insurance company and tell them it was a total loss. Its been 3 weeks since my accident and i am still no further forward and i have been without a car for the whole time. i wish i had paid extra and used a reputable company.

Applied yesterday and getting car today! Fetha was helpful and friendly and answered all my questions very quickly. I applied yesterday and chose a car with Fetha's help and the car is being delivered today. So quick and so helpful! Would highly recommend. Big thanks to Fetha!

Absolutely rubbish service. Waiting on hold for up to an hour a time to get through to speak with anyone. Claim line not open enough hours making it really difficult for someone working full time to contact them.

Absolute con artists! Videos and photos they use are not the product you receive. Absolutely cheap tiny awful piece of hair received. Nothing like what was advertised. Ended up having to raise a PayPal dispute and returning the item to the USA at my own expense to get a refund!

Blinds are fab. Fit perfectly. Great price. Had an issue when I installed them (my error) and called and customer service was great and knew straight away where I had gone wrong. Only 1 star less as delivery times are really long and I can’t really understand why it takes so long.

I alway go to vision express for my glasses. I trust them and know that I will always have a through eye test. I also like that they stock all the high end branded frames. I particularly love tiffanys glasses. This time I was purchasing prescription sunglasses and I love them! They staff were really helpful and explained the lens options to me. The glasses arrived in half the time quoted. Would recommend them highly.
