Don't buy a samsung twin cool American fridge freezer ,4 months out of its 2 year warranty it went wrong ,fridge was warm freezer OK, should have had a five year warranty but was not advised about this and should have registered within 90 days ,tried to have it fixed by a local company but its still faulty .would never ever buy another Samsung appliance £1500 for an American fridge freezer to last 28 months ,very poor quality ,samsung and a o couldn't give a dam about it

Carpet fitters made a great job fitting the stair carpet,but after they finished
They expected to be paid by us ,we were told in the shop that the fitting was free and when we questioned the invoice about the £97.50 fee for fitting they told us that that it would be sorted by them.At no point were we told we had to pay the fitters after the job was done ! Obviously us and the fitters weren't too happy about this situation to be put in.You need to have better communication from the shop to advise the customer that they need to pay the contractor once the job is done ,so much for free fitting when it cost us an extra £97.50

I am sorry to hear about the miss understanding with the fitting fee. As the fitters are self employed they are still paid on the day for the job they do, however the fitting cost would have been taken off the total price.

Do not buy from franks .marked walls with carpet when fitting and cut into newly painted skirting with carpet cutting knife,wont compensate as all you get is read our terms and conditions ,we aren't responsible for the carpet fitters we supply as they are contractors.after contacting the carpet fitter he said he's not responsible as the carpet was cold ! That's why it marked the walls and didn't say why he cut into the skirting boards with his Stanley knife.total cowboys do not use
