What an absolutely fabulous company to deal with. Fantastic customer service from Nick who was very sympathetic and helpful when my “next day delivery” didn’t arrive- NOT the fault of “ILOVEWALLPAPER” at all. Nick couldn’t do enough to help. The courier eventually arrived 48 hours after it should have arrived. As I couldn’t rely on this particular courier firm, I reordered what I needed, was given discount & free next day delivery with a much better company.
The wallpapers that I have ordered are absolutely stunning & of excellent quality. They look amazing on the walls.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company again.

My order was processed and despatched very quickly. I had also miscalculated the number of rolls (twice) and Deanna was very quick to reassure me that they would try their best to match the batch numbers for my further rolls. This was also done very quickly and the batch numbers were matched. Superb service all round. Would recommend I Love Wallpaper to anyone looking for wallpaper.

Having obtained samples which are decent in size I purchased my wallpaper, delivered very quickly. My lounge is now decorated and looks amazing. Ran out of wallpaper with the smallest gap to go!😩 contacted customer services to try and get some more, Nick was super helpful and kind. Also quick to respond! Although I wasn’t able to get the same wallpaper due to the batch numbers being different, Nick gave me 10% off and waved the next day delivery as a gesture of good will, which I am extremely grateful for!
