This product is advertised as the PurePath glove to pull embedded hair from a surface. We tried it on numerous surfaces, vehicle seat, vehicle floor and couch. This glove didn't pull up hair at all . I contacted the company and sent them a video of the glove failing, for a full refund. After many attempts, I was told they will only give me a partial refund. What a scam this product and their guarantee is, don't fall for it.

This does not work as advertised. Nor does the company guaratee the product as advertised. They are giving me the run around to return it.

My cat sheds like CRAZY! This product is everything I had hoped it would be and so easy to use. I DEFINITELY recommend it.

The Pure Path pet hair removal glove is a hoax. It does NOT work as shown on their website. In order to pick up any pet hair, you have to rub extremely hard, and then with your fingernails pull the hair out of the glove. A complete waste of time and energy.

As for the company, they did respond to my concern fairly quickly. They asked for a video which I provided and then asked for access to my Google drive. I highly doubt I will get any positive outcome from them.

SO PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I have bought and tried everything to remove dog hair from rugs, carpets, beds and couches, and PurePath is hands down the best product I have tried. With two large dogs that shed, I use it several times a day. The amount of hair it removes is unbelievable. Anytime a dog owner comes over, I demonstrate how effective the PurePath mitt is, and they end up ordering one. Highly highly recommended!!!

⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE – Their “money-back guarantee” did NOT work as advertised in my experience.

PurePath advertises its product with a money-back guarantee, which was one of the reasons I felt confident ordering from them.

Well, the glove DOES NOT remove the pet hair as advertised. I sent PurePath a VIDEO showing the sofa full of hair BEFORE using the glove, me actually using the glove, and the sofa AFTERWARDS with the hair still there.

So what happened to the advertised money-back guarantee?

Instead of giving me a full refund, they offered me **30%**. I refused. Then they came back offering **50%**.

Seriously? I paid 100% for a product based on THEIR promises. The product doesn't perform as advertised, I provided the video evidence THEY requested, and now I have to negotiate to get my own money back?

A “money-back guarantee” means very little if, when a customer actually asks to use it, they are offered only a fraction of their money back.

I have all the emails and video evidence documenting this experience.

Think carefully before ordering.

It's been three months now and I still haven't received the items I ordered, even though they're available for purchase!!! When I ask where the items are, I get the reply, “Sorry, we'll ship them right away.” And now they do not respond to email’s.

Appalling customer service.
Only delivered part of the order, took the full balance, refused refund or return.

Customer service are arrogant and don't listen, and absolutely will not agree to a refund or return. One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

SCAM! Stay away from them!
7 days after placing order still no shipping and just "preparing order". Seriously???!
No help for resolution from customer care either.
Have asked for refund.. Will be interesting to see if they are at least efficient with that!

The product is good. Not as good as in the videos but surprisingly it gets the job done. Had to wait two months for delivery tho

I will not buy again, and the product quality or lack thereof is not the reason. First, this "American co." makes and ships from China. Very misleading. That's reason enough to not buy again, but I'll offer more reasons. Their shipping process is a clown show, tracking is often unavailable, and it takes a minimum of 3 weeks post-payment to receive what one has paid for, if you receive it at all. Do I think PurePath set out to cheat people? No, I don't. Their customer service is responsive and polite, but that isnt helpful when the product that was paid for WEEKS ago is still overseas. If a company can't effectively manage its shipping process or accommodate the number of orders it receives, then that company shouldn't take payment from customers. Either the product should go out the door w/in 24 hours of payment, or dont take the payment until you can deliver what was promised. Avoid what is essentially a Chinese company HQ'd in the States for appearance and customer service reasons. Just avoid PurePath altogether, call VISA, MC, or whichever card service you used to buy their product, and challenge the charge so that the card can deal with PurePath. When enough people call VISA and complain about this company failing to deliver on paid-for product, VISA will eventually refuse to do business with them.

Ordered almost a month ago, but have not received anything. They have not replied to my email inquiries.

Placed my order, the charge went through my checking account, then I get a notice my order has been cancelled. I contacted them and they said it was human error on their part and I would be getting a refund. I was told I could reorder. I told them I better see that refund in the next 48 hours. I had the refund the next day. That is why the got a 2 and not a 1. Will not be reordering. Don’t trust a company that take my money and then cancels my order, refund or not.

I was interested in buying one of their products, but was forced to go through a sales funnel so I stopped. Unfortunately, I had already entered my email address.

I started getting daily emails from them. I unsubscribed TWICE. I still get daily emails from them.

I don't support companies that work like this. You shouldn't either.

Ordered in June, never received.

I purchased a pet hair glove, costing £16. It took a while to come but out of the blue the courier company used, Reply, phoned me when I was in the middle of a very important phone, so could not answer. I returned the call but no one answered, I then received a photo that my package had been pushed through the bars of the gate porch at the main gate. Being disabled, I got ready and made my way to the porch on my disability scooters. Surprise the package wasn't there. I live on a small retirement estate, residents, visitors, carers come and go all day long, an arm through the bars from anyone passing the estate could have picked the package up. I have been in touch with Purepath on several occasions who say the courier had delivered the package to a secure place, I disagreed and asked to be sent a new glove or return my money. Neither has happened, after sales of this company are extremely poor yet they still bombard me with messages for their latest offers and products.

Complete scammers!! Selected the bundle but turns out the order was made for all the other stuff I didnt want or needed! Absolutely terrible customer support (its a bot), complete disrespect for the consumer and they dont apply their own refund policy. Just filed a complaint in the european consumer platform and the Wyoming Consumer Complaints department. STAY AWAY!
