The company charges you for products you did not order. They admit that you don't have a subscription yet charges you for another order anyway. They do not refund your money as their refund policy suggests. They don't accept unopened returns. They don't refund in full they will say all they can do is 20%. Fraudulent company. Order at your own risk.

My cat's watery eyes cleared up in about 2 weeks. So relieved. Easy to mix in food. Delivered quickly.

I would never order from this company that just keep sending there shit even when you ask them not to you need to go to the back to stop them from charging your card.i'm still waiting for a return label that they have not sent. This company is awful I am on a fix income and they already took from my checking account when I distinctly told them no more orders they said no more orders today sept 5 they charged my card again I want a refund for my 2 orders that I did not purchase this is illegal to take from people account card my next stop is to see my lawyer I still waiting on a label over a month now to send this product back what is a person to do with this shitty business

My cats did NOT like the product. When I asked for a refund, I was told the refund window was small, but they would work on it.
They did not!
Now a second shipment is being readied with the subsequent hit to my checkbook.
It seems impossible to disentangle from these people.

My senior cat is like a new cat. More playful and alert. This stuff really works. Package arrived on time.

Works well. My cat is more energetic. Only issue was shipping took a bit longer than expected. About 10 days.

I sent several emails and not getting a response. I have received several debits on my account and did not order. I had sent an email requesting no more to be sent. Have received 2 charges after the request to stop

I cant stop my orders these people are so dishonest I canceled my autos hip and they are still sending me orders im going to send them back I want my money back you theives

I have 6 cats and all 6 are able to take this supplement without any issues. We noticed right away that all 6 seemed calmer and happier. Less occassional vomiting too! All 6 are much more active than usual. 2 were very inactive before starting KittySupps, now they are going outside, jumping, hunting, playing and have started to slim down and it's only been about 6 weeks!

The best service I've seen in a long time. They answered all my questions and even helped to decide how much each scoop should be. Ms Abby is showing improvement fewer upchucks coat is beginning to smooth out and I see a pep in her step some days. The people in service are becoming like family..thank you

Product may be good but customer service is not. I have requested to cancel the recurring orders and they write back and say that I have no recurring order. But yet I continue to receive and be charged for recurring orders. I currently have 4 containers in my house. There is no way I would use that many in the near future. The company says it is easy to cancel. No it is not.

I agree with every other one-star rating review! I didn't have a subscription. When they notified me I was going to get my next shipment, I contacted them that very same hour and cancelled it, or so I thought. But they said order is already in progress. I didn't even ship to me for three days after that. It could have been stopped. They refuse to send a shipping return label. This has been going on for 8 weeks now! There is no physical address on the website to send package back to. Horrible customer service. Doubt they would refund money even if I could find where to send this package to. $90 rip-off. Sounds like it is a common practice for them, as there are quite a few testimonials to this. Why would anyone want to work for a company like this?

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! I have tried over and over to cancel some subscription that I never approved. I’m in my third month of trying to get my money back! I finally had to go to my credit card company to get all charges charged back. Every single month they send me their crap!!! And take my money! They are dishonest, thieving hacks!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!!

This place is a scam! They will tell you that you have no subscription and then continue to charge you monthly. 3 days ago, I was told I have no subscription, yet was charged again last night. I've reported their fraud to my bank and will tell everyone NEVER to order from them.

Super easy to add to my cat's wet food. She doesn't notice it at all. More energetic now. Package came quickly.

I do not see any change in my cat and I did not order the subscription. They had charged my credit card almost double of what I paid for the first amount. Cannot get my refund back and they’re not responding back to me.. I would not recommend this company to anybody.I have emailed your team the last 3 days & no response on a refund yet.
