I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Paysera and I do not recommend this service.

Paysera informed me through the application that my account was being restricted and would be terminated, referring to clauses 12.2.3 and 12.13 of their General Payment Services Agreement.

The problem is that I do not recognize or accept the alleged grounds for this decision. I have checked my account and the information I provided, and to my knowledge I have not violated Paysera's rules, provided false documents, or refused to complete any required identification procedure.

What is particularly concerning is that the notification refers to a contractual clause containing several possible reasons, but does not clearly explain which specific action, document, transaction or requirement allegedly caused the termination.

As a customer, I believe that if a financial institution decides to terminate an account on the basis of a specific contractual provision, the customer should receive a clear and understandable explanation of the factual basis for that decision, subject to any legitimate legal restrictions.

I also find it extremely concerning that access to services and payments can be restricted while the customer is then required to contact Paysera separately regarding the remaining funds.

I have formally disputed the decision and requested:

a specific explanation of the alleged violation;
the factual and legal grounds for the account closure;
information about the alleged non-compliance;
confirmation of the total remaining balance;
transfer of my remaining funds to my bank account;
a proper review of the decision.

At this point, my experience has seriously damaged my confidence in Paysera.

For me, a financial service should provide transparency, predictable procedures and proper communication when restricting or terminating a customer's account.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Paysera to other customers.

I would strongly advise anyone considering using Paysera to carefully consider how account restrictions and closures are handled before keeping significant funds or relying on the service for important payments.

I contacted Paysera support regarding my transfer limits. The operator was very professional, polite and helpful. The identity verification was completed smoothly, and I received clear instructions on how to increase my limits.

My issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you for your help!

Paysera provides free account for our business including IBAN for RO and BG and we can provide them to our clients. They give good support and I am happy with their service!
